At Kabir Recordables, we want you and your child to love your book. If something is not right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery of your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The book must be in original packaging

All accessories included in the order must be returned

Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Books that are damaged due to misuse

Books that have physical damage after delivery

Products returned without original packaging

Products returned after the 7-day return period
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at returns@kabirrecordables.com with your order number.
If the return is approved:

We will share return instructions

In some cases we may arrange a pickup, or ask you to ship the product back
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Replacement
If your book has a manufacturing defect or technical issue, we may offer a replacement instead of refund. We provide a 30-day manufacturing defect replacement warranty.
8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping may be deducted from refund unless the item is defective
