Kabir Recordables books are carefully designed and tested to ensure reliable performance. We offer a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period

Our products come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty electronics

  • Buttons not responding

  • Speaker or recording function not working under normal use

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical damage or dropping the product

  • Water exposure

  • Incorrect battery use

  • Battery leakage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or tampering with the electronic components

4. Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue with your book, please contact us within the warranty period.

  • Photos or video showing the problem

5. Resolution

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Repair guidance where applicable

Replacement decisions are made after evaluating the reported issue.

6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

If the product needs to be returned for inspection, we will provide instructions for the return process.
